Spicy ground beef and eggs


1 lb of ground beef

Bacon fat

Two eggs

2 tablespoons of Chili oil

4 shakes of fish sauce (for taste)

2 teaspoons of garlic paste

3 green onions



Sauté the green onions for 2-3 mins. Add ground beef and cook until almost browned. Drain any excess fat because you’re adding more. Add other ingredients except eggs. Cook for 2-3 mins. Crack eggs on top and cover for 3-4 minutes until eggs are cooked to desired readiness. I like slightly runny.


Top with jalapeño if you want more kick!
