Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp stevia
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Mix the almond butter, coconut oil, cocoa powder, and honey (if desired).
  • Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until the mixture has thickened.
  • Once the mixture has thickened, use a spoon to scoop out 1 tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls.
  • Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 1 hour.
