So many of us still crave our delicious pizza. What if there was a keto friendly pizza crust that you could make at home? Fat Head Keto Friendly Pizza Crust
Ingredients:
- 3 cups mozzarella shredded
- 1.5 cups almond flour
- 4 tbs cream cheese
- 2 eggs
First, preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Then in a microwave safe bowl add 3 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese and 4 tablespoons of cream cheese.
Put the bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds. Mix the cheeses. Put the bowl back in for 30 more seconds and mix the cheeses again. Then add two eggs and 1.5 cups of almond flour to the mixture.
Roll the dough out between two sheets of parchment paper. You can either use a pizza stone or a baking sheet to cook the pizza.
Put the keto friendly pizza crust into the 400-degree oven for about 10 minutes. Pull the pizza out and place the topping on. Then place the pizza back into the oven for 12-15 minutes. When you take the pizza out let it sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
