Ingredients for Keto Chocolate Mousse
- 8 oz Mascarpone Cheese
- 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 tbspUnsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 25 drops Liquid Stevia
Keto Chocolate Mousse Steps
Add 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream to a bowl.
Whip the heavy cream to soft peaks.
Add an 8-ounce container of mascarpone cheese to a second bowl. You may want to microwave the cheese a little bit to make it easier to work with. Then mix the mascarpone cheese in the bowl using an electric mixer.
Sift 2 tbsp of cocoa powder into the cheese. Then mix.
Add 25 drops of liquid stevia and mix again.
Fold in the whipping cream into the mascarpone mixture. Next, put the mixture in the fridge for about an hour and serve.
