• Silicone Mold
• 1/2 cup – coconut oil
• 1/2 cup – unsweetened cocoa powder
• Liquid sugar sub. = to 3/4 cup reg. sugar
Makes approx. 4.8 ounces (135 grams) of chocolate
Melt coconut oil in a microwave in a microwave safe measuring cup (preferably with a pouring spout).
Add liquid sweetener to melted oil and stir to mix.
Add cocoa powder and stir well to eliminate any clumping.
Pour into molds and let set in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Remove from the mold and store in the refrigerator.
Enjoy in your favorite recipe or indulge on its own to satisfy your chocolate craving.
