Anyone on a low carb diet, like keto, will eventually have some cravings. Sometimes those cravings are for candies and chocolates. We all know candy is loaded with sugar so there is no way to fit it in the keto diet. There is, however, some keto friendly candy out there. These candies are made with artificial sweeteners and sugar alcohols. They come in at low net carbs and shouldn't kick you out of ketosis. You're going to want to watch some of these though. Some artificial sweeteners can cause you major stomach issues. My advice would be to try some candy but do not have too much until you know how it will affect you. I also wouldn't recommend eating this every day but save it for times when those cravings just won't go away.
