Ingredients for the Keto Pancake Recipe
- 3 T coconut flour
- 1-2 T granulated stevia
- Pinch baking powder
- Pinch sea salt
- 3 large egg whites
- 1 T mashed pumpkin
- 1/4-1/2 cup unsweetened cashew milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Add 3 tablespoons of coconut flour to a bowl. Then add 2 tablespoons of stevia and a pinch of baking powder.
Next, add 3 egg whites to the mixture.
Add one tablespoon of canned pumpkin and a splash of vanilla extract.
Mix up all the ingredients in your bowl.
Add dairy-free milk (such as cashew milk) little by little until the mixture resembles a pancake batter.
Heat up a pan, using low heat, and add a little bit of coconut oil to the pan. Add your pancake and place a lid over top.
Cook until slightly browned on both sides.
